Elevate your Ford Transit AWD with the WTD – “Altitude” 2″ Suspension Lift Kit, designed for maximum suspension travel, improved handling, and larger tire fitment. Unlike conventional lift kits that compromise articulation and axle alignment, our kit delivers true off-road capability while maintaining factory track width for smooth, reliable performance on and off the pavement.
Engineered for Performance:
- Fully Fabricated Lower Control Arms – Redesigned to maximize articulation, these arms feature a ¾” heim joint, providing 10 inches of suspension travel and enhanced caster and camber adjustability.
- 2-Piece 6061 Billet Aluminum Coil Lift/Camber Correction Spacers – Allows you to retain OEM shocks or upgrade to aftermarket options, while correcting camber for precise alignment and ride quality.
- Factory Track Width Retained – Unlike other kits that narrow the stance, our design keeps OEM track width, reducing axle plunge and CV joint stress for better reliability.
- Bigger Tire Capability – Fit up to 265/70/16 tires for increased ground clearance and better off-road performance (trimming required for proper fitment).
Technical Benefits:
- Axle Alignment Optimization – Most lift kits alter lower control arm angles, reducing track width and causing CV axle bind. Our custom-fabricated lower control arms ensure proper suspension geometry, minimizing stress on the shorter passenger-side axle and preventing premature wear.
- Fine-Tuned Suspension Adjustability – With 1.5 degrees of camber adjustment and increased caster control, you get better handling, improved wheel alignment, and greater stability on all terrains.
Fitment & Wheel Specs:
- Transit RWD SRW: 17″ x 8″ | +45mm offset | 6.27″ backspacing
- Transit AWD SRW: 16″ x 6.5″ | +90mm offset | 7.29″ backspacing
- Transit DRW: Stock wheels recommended
- Optional 3/16″ Wheel Spacers (Front Only) – Helps eliminate subframe rub at full steering lock when running stock wheels.
Key Features:
- 2” of Suspension Lift for a bolder stance and improved clearance
- Increased Wheel Articulation with 10” of travel for better off-road capability
- Maintains Factory Track Width for optimal axle alignment and handling
- Powder-Coated Finish for long-lasting durability
- Made in the USA with high-quality materials
Important Notes:
- Trimming Required – Lower front bumper, pinch weld, and door-side plastic must be trimmed for proper fitment.
- Wheel Spacers Recommended – A 3/16″ thick spacer on the front axle prevents subframe contact at full steering lock.
If you’re looking for more capability, better handling, and a no-compromise lift for your Ford Transit AWD, the WTD “Altitude” 2″ Suspension Lift Kit is your ultimate upgrade.
