Canceled Orders

Once an order is placed, there is a window to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, but cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a Return and is subject to the guidelines outlined in the Return Policy below.

  •  Only orders not yet processed for shipment (including backorder items) may be canceled.
  •  We will credit canceled orders in the form of payment used
  •  This cancellation policy does not apply to Special Order items. Special Order items are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Refunds on cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and if granted will incur a restocking fee.

 Returns

You have 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, unless other arrangements have been made. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Order Policy

Special orders will be charged in full at the time of order.  This type of order is non-refundable and non-returnable.  WeldTec Designs is not responsible for any and will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer’s responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival. The approximate time of arrival is just that – APPROXIMATE. WeldTec Designs will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order. Refusal of a special order shipment does not constitute the right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unauthorized Returns

If you return a product without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, it will result in an extended processing period and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  If we find that the items are not returnable, due to reasons mentioned previously, they will be returned to you and the shipping costs are your responsibility.
