If you want the ultimate performance out of your Chevrolet Express 2WD 2500/3500 suspension, this is the kit for you. This kit is designed to allow your 2WD van to function at its maximum potential, while lifting it more then 5″ and enabling fitment of a 35″ tire.

The WeldTec Designs Chevrolet Express Coilover Suspension system eliminates the traditional coil setup and replaces it with a premium 2.5 King Coilover Shock. Next, we designed a machined 6061 aluminum adapter to house the new 2.5 King coil-over shock, which moves the suspension forward by utilizing the stock coil bucket for mounting. In order to completely take your Chevrolet van to the next level, we machined a block 6061 aluminum into a stunning upper control arm, which uses 3/4 heims at the frame pivots and 2″ uniballs at the spindle. Likewise, we designed a 4130 chromoly boxed internally gusseted lower control arm, complete with 7/8 uniballs at the upper pivot points and a 2″ uniball at the pivot point. Mounting these new arms to the existing spindle is simple with our machined 17-4 stainless spindle to uniball adapter pins, then we heat treat them for maximum strength.

With the suspension dialed in at 10″-12″ of front wheel travel, we had to finish it off with upgraded steering. Using a custom machined chromoly adapter, which mounts to your factory steering, to allow for the 3/4 heim at the pivot and a 7/8 heim at the spindle, connected by a machined 6061 aluminum tie rod.

This kit is everything you need and completely bolt-on using factory mounting positions.
