Big J’s RV Rentals

The renter must possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years of age. Any additional drivers must also be at least 25 years of age and present on the scheduled departure date with their valid driver’s license.

A $250 refundable rental deposit (minus processing fees) is required to confirm reservation. This deposit will go towards your total rental bill. Reservation deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled within the first 30 days after booking. 50% refund of money collected minus processing fees within 30 – 14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental.

There is a $1000 security deposit which is collected 48 hours prior to rental. The security deposit would be held until 48 hours after the RV is returned in the same condition it was received in. Any damages which occur to the RV will be subtracted from the security deposit.

Renter needs to provide an insurance binder from their auto insurance company prior to rental. This is usually provided quickly, easily and at no cost free by your insurance company.

All rentals must be paid in full within 48 hours of the reservation, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Call us 24 hours prior to departure to confirm a time for your departure appointment. Standard times for departure appointments are scheduled from 11 am – 5 pm subject to coach availability. We recommend each renter go through our checklist video to familiarize themselves with the operation of RV components on the specific rental. A detailed written inspection of the rental will also be done with the renter prior to departure.

Your rental is due back by 12 noon on the return date. Late returns can be requested and we are happy to accommodate subject to rental departure by another guest. Unauthorized late returns may be charged 50% of the nightly fee and will be charged an additional night if not returned by 5 pm.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the rental trailer or motor homes.

Pets are NOT allowed in the rental units unless approved. A pet deposit or cleaning fee may be required to be paid at departure.

Access to the vehicle’s roof is forbidden. Customers are responsible for any roof damage.

Our rental vehicles are NOT allowed in Mexico or festivals. Some destinations may require authorization from renter.

Each renter will receive their rental full of fuel, propane and a sanitation starter kit (chemicals and RV toilet paper). The rental must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition or additional cleaning fees may be charged.
