Sema 2017 van builds
Our goal every year is to bring you new products and build amazing van products for your next overland adventure or family rod trip. This time we are building the Ultimate Family Cruiser GMC van for the 2017 Sema show which is sure to not disappoint. Round two build put the Chevrolet Express 3500 cargo van up against the GMC Explorer van conversion company. This build was the introduction to the Explorer Van conversions and taking their stock like 4×4 to a whole new level of comfort and off road ability. Both vans were equipped with the WeldTec Designs coilover suspension lift kits with King Shocks at all for corners. In the rear both Chevrolet and GMC van were equipped with custom leaf springs to give the passengers a smooth ride off road or cruising the highway. In addition at Sema 2017 we introduced our new line of ALUMINUM products for the Chevrolet and GMC models, starting with front and rear bumpers with roof racks and side steps to follow. The Chevrolet was equipped with tube front and rear bumpers, tube rock sliders and roof rack which made mounting solar panels a breeze. NO Winch bumper is complete without adding a winch, So we install 12K WARN ZEON WINCHES on both along with WARN’S epic Shackles and hook. We cant wait to put these to work pulling out a few stuck sprinter vans! Night wont exist any longer with the amount we outfitted these rigs with from Lightforce Performace. The Lighting setup will make night driving a breeze through the well lit off road terrain. An off road van just isn’t complete without a great set of tires!, this is why we made sure to run the General Grabber X3 on both vehicles. These tires are smooth on the street and hook up great off road for the traction necessary to get you where you need to go. We mounted the General Grabber X3 on a set of Method Race Wheels for unmatched style and construction. The 17×9 Method 305 NV set the tone in the bold bronze color while the black 305 NV on the GMC say Classy all the way.
We look forward to 2018 with so many new products in development. Thanks for following our builds and we look forward to meeting you on the trail.
